CORPORATE MATCHING GIFTS:
Many companies will match their employees’ charitable donations, dollar for dollar. Please check with your current or former employer regarding the specifics of your company’s plan. Matching gifts programs often double the amount of your donation. Simply obtain the necessary forms from your company’s Human Resources department and we will do the rest!
UNITED WAY:
Designate your United Way contribution directly to MCHVF. As a non-profit organization we are eligible for United Way’s Southeastern Pennsylvania Donor Choice Program. Please write our Donor ID #7471 on the Donor Choice Form. Note: 12.5% of your donation goes towards administrative costs of United Way.
GIFTS OF SECURITIES:
Transfer appreciated stock to MCHVF. Give generously and deduct the full market value of the stock without incurring tax liabilities on the gain in value. Securities worth less than your purchase price can be sold, the proceeds donated and a capital loss can be claimed on your income.
