Readiness
Our Montessori Readiness Program is offered two or three mornings a week from 9.00a.m. to 11.30a.m. Â An afternoon program is also available. Â A limited number of five morning spaces are also available. Â Our goal with this program is to meet the developmental needs of children who are 25 months by September 1st. Â In this prepared classroom, the Montessori Readiness students learn the beginning stages of independence, how to solve problems on their own, how to make choices and how to use the tools of everyday life. Â This nurturing introduction to the Montessori environment is an invaluable preparation for the 3-6 classrooms. Â An afternoon Readiness class consisting of lunch, a nap and playtime is available until 2.45pm.
Note: Extended Care is also available for Readiness children.
