Dear MCHVF Families,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am delighted to welcome you back to Montessori Children’s House of Valley Forge for the 2025-26 school year! I hope you enjoyed a restful summer and are ready for another year of discovery, growth, and joy.
As I begin my second year as Board Chair, I feel deeply grateful for this community. Last year was filled with milestones – strengthened traditions, generous support through fundraising, and countless moments where the dedication of our teachers and families shone brightly. It has been inspiring to witness how the shared commitment of parents, staff, and volunteers continues to shape such a vibrant and nurturing environment for our children.
This year, we are excited to continue beloved traditions like Family Pizza Night, Ice Cream Social, Grand-Friends Day, and Spring Fling, while also building new opportunities for connection and celebration. These gatherings are more than events – they are the heartbeat of MCHVF, reminding us that our school is not just a place of learning, but a true community. Our Annual Giving Campaign will be kicking off in the fall, offering another chance for families to give back in a meaningful way that directly supports our children and their classrooms.
I also want to express gratitude to our exceptional teachers and staff, who devote themselves daily to guiding our children with warmth, patience, and expertise. Their passion for Montessori education provides our students with not only academic growth but also the confidence and independence that will serve them for a lifetime.
Finally, I extend my sincere appreciation to the Board of Directors: Tom Bartolacci, Kara Brigandi, Mitch Favrow, Chris Hess, Chelsea Hillard, Kathy Justi, Andrew Owen, Reshma Shah, and Cindy Sharma. Their tireless dedication behind the scenes ensures our school remains strong, sustainable, and future-focused. I am honored to serve alongside such a talented and committed group.
